Want what Kurt Warner has?
Well, then, welcome to the club. Declaring “I am second” isn’t natural. Believing in someone you can’t physically see?
Live SecondA special collaboration with Kurt Warner
Kurt Warner felt like no one believed in him. He spent four years waiting for his shot in college. Not until his final year was he given the reins. He excelled, but no NFL team saw enough potential to draft him. He got an invitation to show up at the Green Bay Packers training camp but that too wouldn’t last. He was cut shortly after. A few weeks later he found himself working night shift stocking shelves at a grocery store. This was not the path to NFL stardom that he had dreamed about. He would later become the single most successful NFL quarterback to never be drafted into the NFL. But underdog stories like this are never the sort you’d choose when you are still struggling, fighting, wondering if you’ll ever make it or if God believes in you.
