Nicole C. Mullen

With a family tree full of fame and success, and a childhood dedication to God, Grammy-nominated singer Nicole C. Mullen never expected to walk through intense seasons of darkness.

As a child, she asked God to use her to do something good for him, but as a divorced 24-year-old and survivor of domestic abuse, she felt like her life choices had taken her out of the running. Determined to do things her own way the next time, she continued to fight her way through what she called her night season. But it was in this season that she began to see and feel God clearly. His words of comfort and strength gave her a way to make it to the next day.
